Lent Day 5

Good morning!

Today is the first Sunday in Lent. Take this day to rest. We are called to see the rhythm of the journey, which will have starts and stops along the way. Today is one of those days to stop for rest, attend worship, and join in the thanksgiving and praise of God.

John 10:10 says, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I [Jesus] came that you may have life and have it abundantly."

Today, reflect and give thanks for the abundant life you have in Jesus.
