Lent Day 31

Good morning!

This morning, we are reading Psalm 100:1-2 and Nehemiah 12:27-43.

I have to say... vuvuzelas, in my humble opinion, have to be one of the most annoying instruments ever invented! They make a monotone sound and it is not what I would consider pleasant. There are many sounds within this world that are also less than pleasant.

Yet, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit give us reason to sing songs of praise and glory! In any music composition, soloists can sound great, but the true art and beauty come in the full ensemble. The song is louder, clearer, more robust, and moving!

Today, let us write the words of a hymn or song that fills you with the joy of the Lord. How might you share these words with others?

Blessings,

Pastor Jesse
